September 2: Dreaming

It took me two decades to get up the courage to ask the doctor about my anxiety. He liked buspirone because of the low incidence of side effects and patients did not need ever-increasing dosages to have a continued effect. It didn't get you high and it didn't get you low. Oh but the dreams. The dreams are crazy town.

  1. I am glad you found the courage and got something that helps. My best friend has anxiety but won't consider medication.

  2. The hardest thing is to ask for help. But the dreams - I hope they're not where the anxiety goes.

  3. I think something for anxiety would do worlds of good for my son. I hope he won't wait 20 years to find it.
